Limited Workmanship Warranty
What Is Covered By This Warranty?
Bedrock Construction warrants workmanship of roof installation for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of completion of installation by the contractor ("Warranty Period”).
General
No Bedrock Construction crew-member, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this Warranty. If any term is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired. This Warranty is governed by and construed under the laws of Missouri. Bedrock or its successor in title is the warrantor under this Warranty.
What is Not covered By This Warranty?
This Warranty does not apply to any damages or leaks to the roofing system caused by acts of God concerning but not limited to fire, hail, wind, nor damages caused both intentionally and unintentionally by the homeowner. This warranty period is null and void if any work is performed to the roof within warranty period by any person or contractor other than a licensed Bedrock employee. Manufacturers, suppliers, or contractors, other than Bedrock, may provide their own warranties to you – please contact them for further information.
Breach of Warranty
If during the Warranty Period you submit a claim to Bedrock in accordance with this warranty, Bedrock will:
within reason, repair the roof in areas damaged caused exclusively by improper workmanship.
